1. Introduction

Welcome to Bagthentic (“we,” “us,” “our”). By submitting items for consignment, you (“Consignor,” “you,” “your”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms explain how our consignment process works, what’s expected from both parties, and how we handle listings, authenticity, and payouts.

2. Submitting Items for Consignment

• To start, you must complete our consignment form and provide accurate details and photos of each item.
• All submissions are reviewed before approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline items based on authenticity, condition, brand, and current market demand.
• Once accepted, your item becomes part of our active inventory and will be listed for sale across Bagthentic’s retail and online platforms.

3. Authenticity & Condition Standards

• Every consigned item must be 100% authentic and owned outright by you.
• We do not accept counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods.
• Items must meet Bagthentic’s quality standards — no significant wear, damage, or missing parts unless pre-approved.
• If any item is found to be counterfeit, it will be disposed of immediately, and a $150 disposal and processing fee will be charged to the consignor.

4. Consignment Period

• Each consigned item will remain with Bagthentic for a minimum of 60 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• During this period, items will be actively listed and promoted. We may adjust pricing, feature items in promotions, or use various platforms to help achieve a sale.
• If you request to remove an item before the 60-day period ends, an early removal fee may apply to cover handling and processing costs.

5. Bagthentic Standard Commission Structure — Things to Note:

• Items with an item value under $1,500:
  → 60% to the Consignor / 40% to Bagthentic
• Items with an item value of $1,500 or more:
  → 70% to the Consignor / 30% to Bagthentic

Additional Notes:

• Bagthentic covers authentication, listing, storage, and shipping to the buyer.
• Commission rates are subject to change with prior notice, and any updates will be reflected on our website.

6. Payment Terms

• Payouts for all sold items are processed on the 2nd day of each month, covering sales completed in the previous month.
• Payments are issued through the payment method you select (e.g., direct deposit, PayPal, or other approved platforms).
• You’re responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct and current. Bagthentic is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or missing payment information.

7. Marketing & Photography

• By consigning with Bagthentic, you grant us permission to photograph, film, and use images of your items for marketing, listings, and promotional purposes.
• These images may appear on our website, social media, newsletters, and advertising materials.
• Bagthentic retains the right to use such images even after an item sells or is returned.

8. Risk, Care & Handling

• While in our possession, items are securely stored and professionally handled.

9. Counterfeit & Policy Enforcement

• Bagthentic enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit or misrepresented items.
• Any counterfeit or inauthentic item will be destroyed immediately and a $150 disposal and processing fee will be charged to the consignor.
• Consignors submitting counterfeit items may be permanently banned from future consignment opportunities.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Bagthentic reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the consignment program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By consigning items with Bagthentic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
