How do I know my item is authentic?

At Bagthentic, every item is meticulously inspected by our in-house experts and authenticated through a network of trusted verification partners — Entrupy, Real Authentication, For the Love of Luxury, and Legit Grails.

By combining expert knowledge with advanced technology, we ensure every piece in our collection is genuine, certified, and worthy of the Bagthentic standard — so you can shop luxury with absolute confidence.

How do I purchase an item?

Simply visit our Shop page, add your favorite items to your cart, and complete your purchase securely through our website.

Consignment
 How do I consign my items?

Our consignment process is simple: 1️⃣ Submit your item with photos and details. 2️⃣ We authenticate and list your item. 3️⃣ Once sold, you receive your payout. Learn more on our Consign Page.

How long does it take to sell my item?

Most items sell within a few weeks, depending on demand, rarity, and brand. You can track your item through your Bagthentic account.

What fees or commission do you take?

Bagthentic takes a standard commission, which is clearly communicated before your item is listed.

What if my item doesn’t sell?

If it doesn’t sell within the listing period, you can either have it returned to you or renew the listing to give it another chance to reach buyers.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with standard shipping taking 3–5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Store Credit
What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

What condition does the item need to be in?

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags or packaging intact.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a store credit code equal to the value of your returned item(s). Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.

Can I exchange my item instead?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item for store credit and place a new order for your desired product.
